Shahab Mahidashti is Managing Principal of MEC AIM where he creates and leads specialized teams and the plans to be able to succeed, further promote growth, penetrate markets, and ensure sustainability. He builds operational strategies to be implemented by hand-picked teams with the aim of establishing critical measurements, production, productivity, quality, and customer service excellence.
With over 40 years of experience in developing, operating, and managing companies, Mahidashti cultivates leadership, intellectual impetus, and urgency to execute corporate strategies at MEC AIM, as well as maximize the value of its assets, intellectual property, and human resources. He maintains a focus on financial responsibilities for the companies and all affiliates.
Mahidashti is a manager, investor, entrepreneur, and business owner. He is also the Founder and CEO of Dynamix International Group, Inc., a global organization established with the goal of building strong companies to prosper within the fast-changing global economy, while ensuring benefits to the partners and communities in which they operate.
Christopher Gustine is Co-Founder of MEC AIM and leads the Management, Operations, and Business Development divisions. He is responsible for MEC AIM’s daily operations and business growth.
Gustine possesses the know-how to lead all initiatives with excellence, while simultaneously managing multiple projects. He identifies sales opportunities, establishes relationships, and closes deals for MEC AIM. Always instilling trust, his successful approach is to partner with clients and establish himself as their go-to resource for their consulting needs.
David Campo is Co-Founder of MEC AIM and manages Quality and Regulatory Affairs. He brings over 20 years of experience in Quality Systems, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D and has worked with Abbott, Medtronic, and Boston Scientific.
In addition to quality responsibilities, including incoming inspections and supplier control, Campo has maintained a focus over the past seven years in regulatory affairs, such as EUMDR UKCA. He is experienced with QMS integration and has had extensive involvement with the FDA with remediation and external audits.
With a master’s in Engineering Management, Campo’s robust background has enabled him to excel in multiple leadership roles in all the major Medical Device industry functional areas. He understands the dynamic connections between quality and regulatory affairs to truly achieve operational excellence in every project.
Fergal is Co-Founder of MEC AIM and leads the R&D, Engineering and OPEX divisions for the company. He has over 20 years of experience in both Europe and the U.S. helping companies transform their systems and performance across multiple functions and systems.
His extensive cradle-to-grave product lifecycle experience, coupled with certifications as a six-sigma black belt, project manager, and biomedical auditor has allowed him to excel in the consulting arena. He is a go-to resource for clients to properly diagnose issues, formulate concise action plans,
and drive flawless execution.
Bahar Ghahremani spearheads all Business Development and Marketing activities at MEC AIM. She is passionate about fostering and developing relationships with clients.
In her role, Ghahremani researches and identifies new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, potential customers, and partnerships, in addition to new products and services, or new ways to reach existing markets. She works strategically and develops all planning to implement operational changes at MEC AIM.
Ghahremani has an MBA from the University of Miami and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Marketing from John Molson School of Business in Montreal.
Saeid Rezvankhah is Director of Product Development for MEC AIM. He is a multidisciplinary entrepreneur who has been intimately involved in various stages of drug discovery, pre-clinical and clinical development of drug candidate, intellectual property protection, manufacturing, regulatory approval, product launch, and marketing. He brings over a decade of biomedical research at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) and at Wyeth (current Pfizer), focusing on Drug Target Discovery in the areas of Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Oxidative damage.
As past COO at CHS Pharma (a Start-up company), he managed the licensing of the company’s multiple technologies, negotiated with CROs, oversaw regulatory pathway development, and ultimately sublicensed parts of company’s patented technologies. While working at Somahlution as Managing Director of Asia, he oversaw his territory’s launch of the company’s newly approved first-in-class medical device by negotiating and establishing new international distribution channels in Asia and Middle East.
Rezvankhah is also Founder and COO of Dynamix Biotechnology Inc. a start-up biotech company that has a platform-patented drug technology in the area of pulmonary diseases in development.
Jennifer Gustine is a Marketing Specialist who designs and implements comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities. She is responsible for producing valuable content for MEC AIM’s online presence and efficiently organizing promotional events.
Gustine is a goal-oriented individual and an adaptive out-of-the-box thinker with more than 10 years of experience in Operations, Design and Marketing. She is efficient at multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong understanding of modern marketing best practices and strategies.
